Byte Island

Waking up from a long slumber, a lone robot investigates the fate of a mysterious island while trying to make contact with the outside world.

Byte Island is a short interactive branching narrative about a robot waking up into a strange and lonely world. The story features a third person narration with first person cut ins of the robot’s internal dialogue and thoughts. The world of byte island is a desolate, abandoned island facility in the middle of the ocean. It is up to the robot to discover the truth of what happened on the island.
